Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain full-fat skyr or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  • Combine skyr and heavy cream in the work bowl of a stand mixer. Using the whisk attachment, whisk on medium speed for one minute. Add vanilla and sugar. Continue whipping on medium high until mixture is light and fluffy, like a loose whipped cream, about 3-4 more minutes. Serve.

Notes

Leftover Whipped Vanilla Skyr Cream will keep tightly covered in the refrigerator for 2 days.  It will lose a little volume but still be delicious!
