    I am always interested in connecting with others who have an interest in Nordic cuisine or questions/comments about the content here at True North Kitchen. Have a recipe you would like to see here? Let me know! I love hearing from you.

    I am available for food writing and photography freelance projects and will consider sponsored content for the site. Please contact me if you are interested in working with me in that regard.

    Additionally, I do a variety of workshops and demonstrations at museums, folk schools and cooking schools around the country. I love teaching everything related to Nordic cooking and baking, from sourdough bread to smørrebrød basics.
